404 error page for languages localization

Whats the typical procedure for a 404 page in a non default language.

Can one use a different template? Doest seem so. For example, 404.ja.html

It would be possible to use translate … but the problem with the current 404. The html lang={{lang}} is set to default so it’s not possible to use translate properly.

404 is not really translatable, it can happen anywhere. You’ll need to look at the URL using JS to determine the language.

I did that then redirected to a translated page.
