How do I customize the CSS for code blocks?

Hi all

I am using the DeepThought theme but the highlighting of code lines in blocks looks pretty bad. Looking through the themes sass files I can not find an entry for the mark to edit so I assume that it is the default one. How can I edit and use my own CSS for this particular part?

Yes I saw that section but where should that CSS go? I tried adding it to a file in the sass folder but it was not detected.

I finally figured it out.

It turns out that I had missed putting the highlight-theme setting under the [markdown] section in the config.
