Embed a timestamp

Hi there,
I’d like to embed a “created at” timestamp somewhere. I saw that [tera has that as a builtin]{https://tera.netlify.com/docs/#built-ins} but it doesn’t seem to work. Do I have to do something special to make use of tera builtins?

Do you mean https://tera.netlify.com/docs/#now ? That would be the timestamp of the site generation, not the creation, which will be changed on every build.
