What is this theme?

I’m currently considering using Zola to create a simple website for myself. I’ve been looking over examples and I came across this here which I really like the look and feel of. I looked through the zola themes but could not identify it.

Is anyone familiar with it, and if so what the name of it is?

There are a lot of comments in the HTML, but I couldn’t find any repo with them on https://grep.app, so it seems like this is not on GitHub. Maybe it’s not even a standalone theme, just a collection of templates just for this website…
