# Proposal: cargo-style extensions

I’m working on a tool that helps create new pages (posts), most importantly pick tags from the existing ones. I’d like this command to be integrated with Zola in a way [Cargo third-party commands do](https://github.com/rust-lang/cargo/wiki/Third-party-cargo-subcommands).

This can be achieved pretty easily: if the provided subcommand is not found, execute `zola-{subcommand}` binary transparently, in my case it’ll be the `zola-new` binary.

Does this proposal make sense? If yes, I can work on the implementation.
