Is there a way to direct all md links to open in a new tab as we would with target=\_blank?

See the markdown config in [Configuration | Zola](https://www.getzola.org/documentation/getting-started/configuration/) and more specifically `external_links_target_blank`. It’s only for external links though, not for internal ones.
