# How-to zola deploy github actions

Is there a tutorial for setting up the tutorial zola site (simple one page blog) with github actions?

The docs are out of date with github and I can’t figure out how to adapt it to the new github settings.

I am trying to use this to deploy [Zola Deploy to Pages · Actions · GitHub Marketplace · GitHub](http://github.com/marketplace/actions/zola-deploy-to-pages)

I have already deployed a static website with github pages so I kind of get how it works but still unfamiliar with zola and github actions.

This is the repo, I feel like I am missing a simple step and it would just work but I can’'t figure out what it is.

The website builds but zola can’t find the index.html file in the templates dir

Any help is appreciated.
