# Does the Hyde theme work with RSS?

I have set up a site with the Hyde theme (although changed drastically and not imported as a theme), but the RSS feed doesn’t work.

I have set `generate_feeds = true` in the section’s \_index.md and in config I have added `generate_feeds = true` and `feed_filenames = ["rss.xml"]` but I keep getting an error that says ‘feed\_filename’ not valid or similar.

I’ve even downloaded the RSS and Atom templates from the source suggested in the Feeds section of Docs and added them to my ‘Templates’s folder.
