Would it be possible to add [BlurHash](https://github.com/woltapp/blurhash) or [ThumbHash](https://github.com/evanw/thumbhash) generation to Zola’s image processing, so the generated values can be used to create image placeholders on the frontend?

This would make it easier to display lightweight placeholders while images are loading and help reduce layout shifts.

If implemented, this may also cover the use case in #2254 and allow that issue to be closed.

That seems like it could be added but not sure exactly how yet, if someone can make a small blurb on how it would work that would be great
